My brains been battered Posts: 2663 Sep 3 12 7:54 AM Exile Brother	Tags : None My favorite tour opened up in Boston ten years ago tonight,exile was the featured album and what a great opener it was . I was lucky enough too catch all 3 shows in Boston including my ultimate show at the Orpheum from the 5th row stones nirvana!!!!

Just a cocktail party Posts: 1486 Sep 3 12 11:08 AM SHIDOOBEE	I was at the tour opener also in Boston at Fenway Park it was a great show towards the end of the show I met and Shock hands with Steve Tyler from Aerosmith who walking back stage to hang out wth The Stones! no one had ever seen a Stage so cool ! The Second night I had On Stage tickets and they had open bars on stage on each level which was beyond cool ! I got drunk as Skunk that night lol. Also before they let fans on stage they let us sit up in The Green Monster seats to Watch The Warm up group The Black Eyed Peas! I got in to The Orpheum Club show also and was in 1st row Keith's side it was over 100 degrees inside at Showtime NO AC! There was a Stones Cameraman Filming the show. I noticed Massachusetts Senator John Kerry and Steve Tyler from Aerosimth sitting dead center in about The 7th Row. Buddy Guy was The warm up act. Buddy Guy then came out and jammed on statge with The Stones when The Stones did Rock me Baby! The final song The Stone did That night for The Encore song of the night was Tumblin Dice ! Yes Exile Brian It was one KILLER show!!!!

Just a cocktail party Posts: 1486 Sep 3 12 1:06 PM SHIDOOBEE	My bad I have been to so many Stones shows That I mixed The years up in my head I was not at the Fleet center that night. in 2002 but I am shure it was great. I was at The Orpheum in 2002 in Boston and I also Attended The tower Theater in Pennsylvania, The Rose land Show in New York and Also there show at Madison Square Garden and Giants Stadium in New Jersey!Plus many other shows on that tour and the ones mentioned on the Bigger Bang Tour! All in All I have been to 62 Stones Concerts Over The Years! With now Manny more to come! Edited 7 times by Stones 62 06 tour Sep 3 12 2:15 PM.

Best seats I've ever had for any band. Do you know if there are any videos or photos of that show floating around? I've seen the photos on this site from the show.

Second show was at Gillette Stadium, Foxborough on 5 September. Orpheum Theatre show was on 8 September.

Still Surviving on the Street Posts: 961 Sep 3 12 5:40 PM	Boston classic rock station WZLX gave away great t shirts for the beginning of that tour, one if by land , two if by sea and three by the Stones ! meaning the three different venues the shows were at . I'm told that 62 06 had on stage passes to all eight shows !

Just a cocktail party Posts: 1388 Sep 3 12 6:05 PM Just a cocktail party	great opener, even more blown away than aug 01st in DC for voodoo. i was upstairs, on woody's side in the first section of $150's, my back against the wall. sound was great where i was. remember rocks off really just blowing the roof off the arena. this tour was really fantastic. if they play 4 shows this autumn this is what i expect. they're too proud to be any less. keith, of course, is completely straight! mick '77
