Oh great. We don't have enough Yankee stuff around here already without dredging up 200 year old videos now. He was overrated anyway.
 
Seeing him in right field made me think......is there any video of him actually catching a ball in the field? Seems like all video of him is swinging the bat and shuffling around the bases. |

People forget that Ruth was also a great pitcher.
Here are his career pitching stats: 94 wins - 46 losses (.671 winning percentage) 2.28 ERA Here are his World Series pitching stats with the red sox: 3 wins - 0 losses 31 Innings Pitched 0.87 ERA Ruth had a record 29 2/3 consecutive scoreless innings in the WS that lasted until 1961. He was just an amazing athlete. |
