Here's a picture from the Spectrum 1975 taken by Roger Barone which states that the second person in the picture is Ollie Brown. It actually is not Ollie.
If anyone can name who this is, Roger will send you a copy of "God Bless the Spectrum" along with one of his Stone's prints.
